Hyperflows provides email marketing automation services using Klaviyo and other tools. Our services include setting up email flows, managing campaigns, and optimizing email marketing for businesses.
Payment for services will be based on the selected subscription or service plan.
Payments can be made monthly, quarterly, or annually, as per the agreed-upon terms.
Failure to make timely payments may result in service suspension or termination.
All email flows, templates, and related content developed by Hyperflows will become the property of the client once full payment has been received.
Hyperflows retains the right to use anonymized data and templates for service improvement.
Clients can cancel their subscription at any time.
Upon cancellation, an invoice may be generated reflecting any remaining balance or credit.
Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis, depending on the service plan and work completed.
Hyperflows respects client data privacy and will not share or sell personal or business information to third parties.
Data collected through our services is handled securely and in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
Hyperflows reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate services at its discretion.
Clients will be notified in advance of any significant changes to the service.
Hyperflows is not liable for any direct or indirect losses, damages, or interruptions resulting from the use of our services.
Clients are responsible for ensuring compliance with email marketing regulations when using our services.
